Casting Production Technology
We have complete technological facilities – from pattern preparation to machining and inspection. This allows us to ensure repeatability, quality and the selection of technology according to the requirements of the application.
Our Production Processes
Our in-house pattern shop provides services for the preparation of patterns and foundry tooling made of wood, resin, aluminium or other pattern-making materials.
We have modern medium-frequency induction furnaces that enable easy adjustment of the composition of the molten metal — from grey cast iron to high-alloy cast steels. The chemical composition of materials is controlled using a latest-generation spectrometer.
We have a heat-treatment furnace that enables processes such as stress relieving, normalising, hardening and tempering. All operations are computer-controlled in accordance with quality procedures.
Moulding is carried out manually or semi-mechanically using a sand mixer-dispenser, which provides flexibility in handling both single-unit and small-batch orders.
Castings are cleaned and prepared for further processing by grinding and shot blasting, and are then machined by qualified subcontractors.
In our laboratory, we perform chemical composition analyses, hardness and material strength tests, as well as measurements of material properties in accordance with quality requirements.
