ASPAMET Pumping Mixers
PAS and PAR Series

Complete recirculation solutions for wastewater treatment plants.

ASPAMET pumping mixers, PAS and PAR Series, are structurally based on submersible mixers. They are used wherever large volumes of liquid need to be transferred efficiently at low pumping heads.

PAS and PAR Series units are designed for high reliability, durability and precise adaptation to the needs of wastewater treatment plants of various sizes.

motor power range: approx. 1.5-11 kW,
rotational speed range: approx. 700-1450 rpm

    Selected design features

three-blade self-cleaning propeller with optimised geometry,
    energy-efficient drive unit,
    double mechanical seal,
temperature and leakage sensors as standard,
    oil-filled buffer chamber,
cable with cable gland and protection against mechanical damage,
    nozzle made of stainless steel.

    PAS Series Mixers
    direct-drive pumping mixers

PAS mixers are direct-drive units in which the motor and pump impeller form an integrated structure. These mixers are equipped with a nozzle enabling installation on the pipeline connection flange. This design provides high hydraulic efficiency with a limited number of mechanical components.

    Advantages of the PAS Series:

    simple design and lower weight,
    reduced maintenance costs,
high efficiency in typical operating ranges,
    easy installation and removal.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Technical characteristics – PAR Series

    drive with a cylindrical gearbox,
    steel propellers,
typical propeller diameters: approx. 580-800 mm,
motor power range: approx. 3.0-18.5 kW,
    rotational speed range: 250-550 rpm,

    Selected design features

three-blade self-cleaning propeller with optimised geometry,
    high-efficiency and durable drive unit,
    double mechanical seal,
temperature and leakage sensors as standard,
    oil-filled buffer chamber,
cable with cable gland and protection against mechanical damage,
    nozzle made of stainless steel.

    PAR Series Mixers
    gear-driven pumping mixers

The PAR Series comprises pumping mixers equipped with a gearbox, which enables the use of larger propeller diameters and, as a result, higher flow rates. These mixers are equipped with a nozzle enabling installation on the pipeline connection flange. The gear-driven design allows impeller operation to be optimised for larger diameters and greater depths.

    Advantages of the PAR Series:

higher flow rates at lower rotational speeds,
better performance in large process chambers,
    possibility of using larger impellers,
extended operating range under variable loads.
