ASPAMET support structures and davit cranes are an integral part of mixer installation equipment. They are designed to ensure safe installation, convenient maintenance and servicing of submersible equipment and other process components in tanks and process chambers.

Types of support structures
Rotary and stationary versions are selected to suit the type of agitator, tank geometry and operating conditions.
Swivelling support structures
Swivelling support structures are used for lighter mixers generating lower axial thrust, in tanks where horizontal position adjustment is required to achieve the best mixing effect.

Fixed support structures
Fixed support structures are used for heavier mixers generating higher axial thrust. They are also used in tanks where changing the horizontal position of the mixer could lead to damage to the mixer. This category also includes structures for pumping mixers.

Characteristics of support structures
If a support structure from another manufacturer is already installed at the facility, we can supply mixers with appropriately modified sliding carriages based on the structure’s dimensions, allowing the existing support structure to be used.
