Cast Iron Castings

We produce castings from various grades of cast iron, selecting the material according to operating conditions, expected durability and the specific application.

grey cast iron: GJL 200, GJL 250, GJL 300; component weight up to 500 kg
ductile cast iron: GJS 400-15, GJS 400-18 LT, GJS 450-10, GJS 500-7, GJS 600-5, GJS 650-3, GJS 700-2; component weight up to 300 kg
alloy ductile cast iron, e.g. with Cu, Ni, Cr, Mo additions, up to 250 kg
chromium, nickel, chromium-molybdenum and other alloy cast irons up to 500 kg
special cast iron with non-standard compositions adapted to application requirements

Cast Steel Castings

We produce cast steel components designed to operate in demanding conditions — wherever high strength, load resistance and operational reliability are essential.

unalloyed cast steels L-400, L-450, L-500, L-600 up to 300 kg
low-alloy structural cast steels, e.g. L20G, L30GS, L35GSM, L-40H, L40HM, L30HGNM, up to 200 kg
acid-resistant and abrasion-resistant alloy cast steels, e.g. LH18N9, LH18N10M2, L100H6M, L210H21S
heat-resistant and creep-resistant cast steels, e.g. LH26, LH18S2, LH17N8G

Casting Applications

Our castings are used wherever components must operate reliably in demanding conditions — under heavy loads, in corrosive environments, under intensive abrasive wear or at elevated temperatures.

Thanks to the ability to select the appropriate cast steel grade, we can manufacture components intended, among others, for the machinery industry, industrial valves and fittings, pumping systems, power generation and process installations.
