We process the personal data provided by you in the contact form for the purpose of:
- handling your enquiry,
- providing a response,
- any further contact regarding the matter to which your message relates.
The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. the controller’s legitimate interest in conducting correspondence and handling enquiries submitted via the contact form. Article 13 of the GDPR requires the purpose and legal basis for processing to be indicated at the time the data is collected.
The recipients of the data may include entities providing services to us that are necessary for the operation of the website and communication, in particular hosting providers, e-mail service providers, IT support providers and, where necessary, entities handling the website. If you use the form on the website, it is generally advisable to indicate such categories of recipients in the information clause.
The data will be stored for the period necessary to handle the correspondence and, after it has been completed, for the period required to establish, pursue or defend against claims, unless a longer period results from applicable law. The GDPR requires the storage period or the criteria used to determine that period to be specified.
You have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectify your data,
- erase your data,
- restrict the processing of your data,
- object to the processing of your data,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
The scope of these rights and the obligation to inform you of them arise from Article 13 of the GDPR. The Polish Personal Data Protection Office also provides its contact details as the supervisory authority.
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary in order to submit the form and receive a response. Without providing this data, contact via the form may not be possible. The GDPR requires information to be provided as to whether the provision of data is obligatory and what the consequences of failing to provide it are.
Your data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling, unless we expressly state otherwise in the Privacy Policy. If you do not use profiling, it is advisable to state this clearly.
